Wallis sells two office blocks to CIB leasing unit for €60 mln

The property unit of Hungarian-owned holding company Wallis Zrt has sold two office blocks to CIB Property Leasing Zrt for €60 million, Wallis announced on Thursday.

The two office blocks, Danubius Offices and Bajor+Polar Center, have a combined area of 30,000 square meters.
Wallis said the sale contract was signed in the spring, but the Competition Office (GVH) did not approve the deal until the autumn.
