TriGránit to complete €300 mln Polish development in autumn

Hungarian construction company TriGránit on Monday said it will open the Poznan City Center, a €300 million shopping and entertainment centre it is building in partnership with Europa Capital and Polish railway company PKP, in the autumn. About 70% of the gross 164,000qsm of retail space in the development has already been rented out, TriGránit said. TriGránit's developments in Poland reach more than 500,000sqm and are worth some €1 billion, said TriGránit CEO Árpád Török.
