Suzuki, Flaar sign strategic cooperation agreement
The Hungarian unit of Japanese Suzuki and Hungarian boat manufacturer Flaar today signed a strategic cooperation agreement, under which Suzuki will provide boat engines to vessels manufactured by Flaar, according to a press release issued today.
The agreement also states that sales of products manufactured by the two companies need to be supported from both the companies, and product development should be carried out on mutually agreed terms, the press release said. Flaar and Suzuki plan to carry out joint marketing and branding.
Suzuki Hungary said it is proud of the role it plays in the Hungarian and international sailing community. The company added that the current agreement is another step by the Japanese company in the area.
