Shell appointed King Sturge to acquire sites for gas stations around Poland
Shell is interested in acquiring plots in Poland's big cities and on major intercity routes.
The company is also interested in big shopping centers. Shell´s main requirement, aside from location, is size - sites should be larger than 2,000 square meter to ensure visibility and traffic flow. Plots that already have the appropriate permit for a petrol station would be preferred, but even unzoned plots will be taken into consideration. (petrolplaza.com)
