Richter denies Taro acquisition talks
A spokesperson for Hungarian drug maker Richter Gedeon Nyrt said press reports on Monday that the company was in talks to buy Israeli peer Taro were untrue.

As reported earlier, Israeli daily Zedioth Ahronoth on Monday said Taro had asked Merril Lynch to find a buyer for it, and that Richter was a more likely of two potential Hungarian buyers.
