Representatives of Mongolian companies to visit Debrecen in November
Representatives from 20 companies in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will arrive in Debrecen (E Hungary) in November, Xanga group CEO István Herdon said at a press conference on Tuesday.
The companies are expected to create 10,000 jobs in Debrecen in the coming years, Herdon said.
Debrecen and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region signed a framework agreement on cooperation in Budapest on September 29.
The agreement will bring to Debrecen Chinese direct investment of €30m this year and a further €100m later on, Debrecen mayor Lajos Kósa said at the time.
As part of the agreement, an Inner Mongolia technology and cultural park will be established in Debrecen and an international equestrian cultural centre will be set up in the Chinese region.
