Regulator fines Capital Partners for cold calls
Hungary's Competition Office (GVH) on Tuesday said it fined financial services companies Capital Partners HUF 20 million for making unsolicited sales calls.
GVH considered it an aggravating factor that the cold calls won several big contracts for the company which is based in the Czech Republic.
