More than 1 million Hungarians register for vaccination

More than 1 million Hungarians have registered for COVID-19 vaccination, state secretary Csaba Dömötör said in a message posted on his Facebook page on Wednesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Dömötör said 632,000 people have registered on the website vakcinainfo.gov.hu and 391,000 have registered by post.
Healthcare workers were the first to be inoculated against COVID-19 in Hungary, starting on December 26.
