Minister of Finance Mihály Varga said the investment was supported by HUF 1.3 bln in grant money earmarked for projects that boost Hungary's self-sufficiency in the production of healthcare supplies.
Innomed chairman Endre Dévai said the automated plant will make defibrillators, DTS diagnostic equipment and ECG telemetry systems. Innomed had revenue of HUF 3.7 bln last year.
