Hankook plans €313 mln expansion at Hungary base
Korean tyre maker Hankook is spending €313 million to expand its base in Hungary between 2013 and 2015, Hankook worldwide CEO Seung Hwa Suh said in Budapest on Wednesday. The expansion will raise annual output from 12 million units at present to over 17 million and create 950 jobs. Hankook's CEO made the announcement after holding talks with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in parliament.
