F Segura chooses Szolnok, Hungary
F Segura Hungary Kft is constructing a 100,000 square meter car parts manufacturing plant in Szolnok, through a €20 million (about $30 million) investment.
The project will be finished by June 2008, and create 150 workplaces by the end of 2010. The factory will supply parts for Ford, VW, Seat, Audi, and Volvo, and will concentrate on R+D activities. Spanish F Segura expands in CEE to cut transportation expenses, since its activities are focused on Hungary, Romania, Austria, Poland, and Germany. (Gazdasági Rádió NG)
