Donau Chemie to establish production base in Hungary
Austrian chemicals company Donau Chemie is establishing a €5.5 million-6 million production and sales base in Kazincbarcika (NE Hungary), business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Wednesday.
The base will make chemicals used in water management, Donau Chemie CEO Franz Geiger told the paper.
It will be established on about 5,000sqm that Donau Chemie's Hungarian unit is renting from Hungarian peer BorsodChem.
The base could start operating at the beginning of 2013.
