Chinese-Hungarian investment seminar in Budapest

Potential Chinese investors took part in a seminar held yesterday in Budapest by the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA). The event was organised within the framework of the Investment incentive program launched by HIPA in cooperation with the Bank of China.

Participants included a delegation led by the governor of China's Hebei Province, the Chinese ambassador to Hungary, and officials from the Bank of China. Surrounding Beijing and populated with almost 70 million inhabitants, Hebei province is one of the most touristic region of Northern china.

The parties announced the launch of a new Hungarian-Chinese joint venture, which will produce oak wine barrels in the Hebei region

The joint investment incentive program was launched with a roadshow in China in June.
