Slovenia Industrial Output Falls at a Softer Pace in February

Slovenia's industrial production decreased by 0.1% year-on-year in February, after a 4.9% annual decline in January, the Ljubljana-based Statistics Bureau of Slovenia (SURS) said on Tuesday.
Manufacturing output rebounded (1.6% vs -0.7% in January), while electricity, gas, steam & air conditioning supply dropped at a slower pace (-11.1% vs -44.5%).
On the other hand, production continued to fall for mining & quarrying (-42.2% vs -38.7%).
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial output was down by 3.7%, reversing a 2.6 rise in January.
