Poland Industrial Output Slows in November

Industrial production in Poland increased 4.6% year-on-year in November, easing from a downwardly revised 6.6% rise in the previous month, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said on Tuesday.
Industrial output slowed for manufacturing (6.1% vs 9.2% in October); water supply, sewerage waste management (0.7% vs 0.5%) and mining and quarrying (0.6% vs 4.5%).
Meanwhile, production of electricity, gas, steam, air conditioning fell at a softer pace (-8.5% vs -17%).
On a monthly basis, industrial output went up 2.9%, recovering from a 0.9% fall in October.
A separate report from the Warsaw-based agency showed that producer prices in Poland advanced by 20.8% from a year ago in November, easing from a 23.1% rise in the prior month.
On a monthly basis, producer prices were down by 0.5%, after increasing by 0.9% in the preceding month.
