Croatia industrial output growth rises in December

Croatia's industrial output grew by 6% year-on-year in December, following a 3.7% increase in the previous month, data from the Zagreb-based Central Statistical Bureau (Crostat) showed on Monday.
Production grew for both manufacturing and electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply, by 7.3 and 3.3%, respectively. Production for mining & quarrying rose 2.9%.
On a monthly basis, industrial production advanced 2.1%, recovering from a downwardly revised 0.6% decline in November.
For the full year of 2021, Croatia's industrial output grew by 6.7%, after a contraction of 3.4% in 2020.
