Hungarian IT company Synergon on Friday announced changes to its management as part of a broader restructuring.

CEO Zoltán Jutasi has established deputy-CEO positions effective November 1, Synergon said. Jutasi asked Levente Sipos, formerly of KESZ Group and Antenna Hungária, to become deputy-CEO in charge of business operations. Tibor Jánosi, who earlier worked for T-Systems, has been named deputy-CEO in charge of technical and IT tasks.

Jutasi said the main aim of changes taking place at Synergon was to strengthen the company’s position in profitable businesses, while ending or farming out riskier projects with uncertain outlooks.
