State stake in Magyar Telekom falls under disclosure threshold
Magyar Telekom said late Monday the stake of its shares held by the state’s Pension Reform and Debt Reduction Fund fell under the 5% threshold for disclosure.
The fund’s stake decreased to 51,887,763 shares, giving it 4.976% of voting rights in the company.
The fund acquired 52,987,673 shares of Magyar Telekom, giving it 5.082% of voting rights, on November 7.
The fund contains assets earlier transferred from private pension funds.
