St. Petersburg opens up for TriGranit
Sándor Demján, Chairman of Trigranit Development Corporation and Matvienko Valentina Ivanovna; the Governor of St. Petersburg together signed an agreement on developing economic, cultural and social cooperation.
June 23, 2007. St. Petersburg. TriGranit made a major step forward in the Russian market. TriGranit endeavours in Russia reached a new milestone. Sándor Demján, Chairman of TriGranit has signed an agreement in St. Petersburg on projects incorporating areas of economic, cultural, social, industrial and educational development. Trigranit will actively participate in the complex development of „Badajevszkij” depot complex, which will create the new centre of St. Petersburg. WestEnd City Centre in Budapest will serve as a prototype for the revitalization of plots around “Vityebszk”and further railway station.
TriGranit will participate in the project of developing tram termianl No. 1 as well. Apart from the above projects TriGranit plans large scale developments of commercial centres, hotels, residential, offices towers, cultural institutions, local TV studio and new city centres in the region enjoying the full support of municipality of St. Petersburg. TriGránit is a fully integrated real estate investment, development and management company. With operations in 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, a large portfolio of completed trophy assets, and a pipeline of over €8 billion of major mixed-use developments, as well as a number of public private partnership (PPP) investments, TriGránit is well positioned to participate in the expanding real estate markets.
