Special Effects International acquires stake in Zaj Holding
Two well-established enterprises of the region with long decades of expertise in the conference industry, Special Effects International and Zaj Holding have decided to join forces to face the new challenges with even more complex and competitive service solutions, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
The cooperation is aimed to establish a new operating model more resistant to negative trends, while taking better advantage of upcoming opportunities in both local and international markets.
Broader service portfolio
Nowadays institutions have a truly wide choice when it comes to audiovisual technologies due to the dynamically changing and developing VR and AR solutions, however, design, production and maintenance of fixed installed systems and their content requires highly qualified personnel. As a result of the recently announced cooperation between the companies, ongoing or occasional maintenance and development of such fixed installed systems and contents, along with any additional audiovisual or production services will now be available for clients from one source.
Extended sales force
During its nearly four decades of operation, Special Effects has gained wide international recognition among hundreds of clients and members of two prestigious global AV organizations, AV Alliance and Congress Rental Network. To utilize the power of this global acknowledgment, Special Effects will present the services of Zaj Holding to its international clientele, too.
