Slovnaft president-CEO buys Magnolia securities

Oszkár Világi, president and CEO of Slovnaft, the Slovakian unit of Hungarian oil and gas company MOL, purchased 3 perpetual securities exchangeable for MOL ordinary shares, issued by Magnolia Finance Ltd, with nominal value of €100,000, at a price of 66%, on September 12, MOL said on the Budapest Stock Exchange website on Monday.

Following the transaction, Világi owns 5 Magnolia securities.

The transaction was carried out on the OTC market, with the involvement of OTP Bank Nyrt as investment service provider.
