Swipe Technologies, the Hungarian company behind Salarify, has announced a partnership with SAP Hungary. This will enable SAP to offer digital administration of employee benefits and flexible payroll payments to customers using the company's systems across Europe, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

SAP says that it has always been a proponent of digitizing companies' business processes, and one of the key areas in which SAP has extensive experience is human resource management, from recruitment to measuring and maintaining motivation and remuneration, offering software families such as SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.

One of these special challenges in HR systems is the management of weekly or even daily salaries other than the traditional monthly salary schedule. This is a common practice in sectors such as hospitality, tourism, construction, and many other sectors where the workforce is usually employed on a project basis or traditionally with high turnover.

The solution developed by Salarify provides employers with a bridging financial solution for periods between traditional monthly payments, with full management of the associated administration and appropriate compensation for the associated transaction costs.

The collaboration between SAP and Salarify is focused on the two companies' shared mission of increasing digitalization and innovation in HR and payroll. As a result of the partnership, SAP Hungary's customers can offer payroll access in their benefits systems, making employees' lives easier and strengthening their loyalty. In addition, they can say goodbye to the paper-based administration of income statements.

Salarify is an application from Budapest-based Swipe Technologies that offers flexible payroll access and digitalized earnings verification. The company is focused on developing inclusive and accessible financial products, with proprietary payroll and banking system integration interfaces, simplifying customers' flexible access to their employees' own payroll. The company visualizes payroll as a dynamic balance that employees can use on a daily basis, offering employers a fully customizable payroll solution to bring their companies into the state-of-the-art world of payroll.

Salarify is currently the leading provider of Earned Wage Access solutions in Hungary. In 2022, the company is planning expand its geographic presence in Europe, further developing its product ecosystem and infrastructure for consumers and enterprise customers.

Bence Radák, CEO of Swipe Technologies said, "It has become easier for us to help employers and employees, and with SAP Hungary's support we can reach and serve more people than ever before."

Szabolcs Pintér, CEO of SAP Hungary, said, "In the past and in the future, we have been and will be ready to cooperate if a professional solution is present in the software market. This cooperation is mutually beneficial for the companies, as it will give Salarify access to a customer base that would have taken a long time to build up, and SAP Hungary will be able to offer its customers an even more advanced HR portfolio."
