The Hungarian subsidiary of Remmers signed a leasing agreement with Appeninn for five plus years for a 5,160 sqm property with a 1,627 sqm center in Biatorbágy, according to a press release issued today.

The center was built in 2001 for Karcher Hungária Kft., following “A” category office and storage standards. The property is located 600 meters away from the M0 and M1 highways, 4 kms away from the M7 highway and 12 kms away from Budapest.

“The transaction shows the livening up of the Hungarian real estate market,” Gábor Székely, Appeninn’s operative director, said in connection with the lease. He added that occupancy rate of Appeninn is at 95%.
