Rába to Sell Győr Property for HUF 3.2 bln

Listed automotive industry company Raba has said it will finalize the sale of real estate in Győr to the highest bidder in a recently completed auction, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The winning bid in the auction, organized by the Hungarian National Asset Management Company (MNV), was close to HUF 3.2 bln.

Shareholders mandated the sale of the property at an annual general meeting in 2020.

State-owned N7 Holding owns a little more than 54% of Rába. Almost 26% of the company's shares are in free float.
