Deals

Listed automotive industry company Rába on Monday said it closed the sale of real estate in Győr (about 108 km northwest of Budapest) for gross HUF 3.2 billion, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Rába had announced the winning bid for the real estate, in an auction organized by the Hungarian National Asset Management Company (MNV), two weeks earlier.

Shareholders mandated the sale of the property at an annual general meeting in 2020.

State-owned N7 Holding owns a little more than 54% of Rába. Almost 26% of the company's shares are in free float.
