Poland's Prime Label Group, owned by Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Innova Capital, signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Slovenian printing house LabelProfi, Innova said in a statement, according to Innovacap.com.

The agreement for the purchase of LabelProfi, a company specializing in the production of highly processed self-adhesive labels and packaging using digital print technology, was signed in December, Prime Label said.

The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. LabelProfi provides high-quality printing services, with very short turnaround times and can produce very small volumes, which are often not cost-effective in conventional printing technologies, Innova said. The share of exports in 2020 was more than 30%, as the majority went to German-speaking countries.
