OBB to supply MÁV with trains

Austrian OBB, the sole bidder in a tender to supply trains to Hungarian railway MÁV, is scheduled to deliver 55 used passenger carriages to MÁV Start, Hungarian business daily Világgazdasag reported today.
The trains will cost MÁV €6.5 mln, and are capable of travelling at a speed above 140 km/h.
