Nordtelekom launches HUF 600m corporate bond programme

Hungarian telco Nordtelekom on Tuesday announced the launch of a HUF 600m corporate bond programme. 

Financial market regulator PSZAF approved the public issue on November 28, Nordtelekom said.

Nordtelekom plans to sell the bonds, which could have fixed and floating rates, over a period of twelve months. The company could float the shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange.

Nordtelekom’s shareholders approved a corporate bond programme up to HUF 900m in October. The programme was designed to fund further business developments
