Nokia Siemens Networks sells 56% stake in Dasan

Nokia Siemens Networks said on Thursday it had agreed to sell its 56.13% stake in Korean telecoms network company Dasan Networks to a group of Korean investors for an undisclosed price.

Dasan Invest, Dasan TPS, Skylake Ltd, and certain individual Korean investors will acquire the stake and hold 60.83% of the firm after the deal. (Reuters)
