Mol shuts down petrol stations in Czech Republic
Hungarian oil and gas company Mol Nyrt has failed to achieve economy of scale on the Czech Republic's retail vehicle fuel market and shut down 11 of its 45 petrol stations in the country, business daily Világgazdaság reported on Thursday.
Mol is working on a new strategy in the Czech Republic, Mol spokeswoman Krisztina Fél told the paper. If the company's strategists fail to find a way to expand Mol's possibilities on the Czech market, it may have to withdraw, she said.
