Mol replaces strategy director Delcommune, names Russia chief

Mol Rt., Hungary's largest energy company, named Lajos Alács to replace Michel-Marc Delcommune as director for strategy and business development. Alács, who has worked at Mol in various positions since 1992, will take over Delcommune's post as of July 1, the company said in a statement on the stock exchange Web site today. Delcommune will continue working at Mol as an adviser to the company's chairman and chief executive officer, Mol said. Budapest-based Mol also named Sándor Fasimon its Russian country manager as of July 1. Fasimon had worked as the head of Mol's gas business until the sale of its wholesale and storage units, the company said.
