MOL president-CEO buys Magnolia securities

MOL president and CEO Zsolt Hernádi has purchased four securities exchangeable for MOL ordinary shares, issued by Magnolia Finance Ltd, with nominal value of €100,000, at a price of 73.49%, on Thursday, the Hungarian oil and gas company said on the Budapest Stock Exchange website on Friday.

Following the transaction, Hernádi owns 19 Magnolia securities.

The transaction was carried out on the OTC market, with the involvement of OTP Bank Nyrt as investment service provider.
