Matusz-Vad to build HUF 700m frozen food warehouse

Hungarian catering industry supplier Matusz-Vad plans to build a more than HUF 700m frozen food warehouse in the Győr Industrial Park (NW Hungary), business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Friday.
Matusz-Vad plans to start the investment in February 2012, deputy-CEO David Nagy told the paper.
First-half sales were up almost 18% from the same period a year earlier and the company expects full-year revenue to exceed HUF 7bn, he said.
Exports now generate more than 17% of revenue, up from 10% a year earlier. Sales of the company’s franchise partner in Romania are up 70%.
