Ikarus Signs MoU With Azeri Company

Hungarian bus manufacturer Ikarus and Azerbaijan's Sumgait Technologies Park LLC signed a memorandum of understanding, according to business daily Világgazdaság.
The agreement concerns the construction and operation of the Ikarus factory to be established in the Karabakh region.
A service center is also planned.
The project is part of the Hungarian bus manufacturer's global expansion strategy.
