Hungary to recycle 6,000 tons of CRT TVs, monitors
Hungarian environmental protection agency OKTF is preparing a HUF 380 mln tender to provide funds for the recycling and disposal of 6,000 tons of cathode ray tube (CRT) televisions and monitors this year, Hungarian economic daily Világgazdaság reported today.
The paper noted that the volume is up by approximately 50% as compared to a year earlier. The tender for the funding is currently being prepared.
