Hungary ranks third for industrial and logistics investments

Hungary placed third in global real-estate consultant Cushman and Wakefield's 2008 ranking of the top countries in Europe for location of industrial and logistics facilities.
The Cushman and Wakefield ranking is based on an analysis of a number of weighted cost-benefit factors, including rent, labor costs, congestion, the size of freight markets by type, the proximity of key markets and population density. (MTI – Econews)
