Hungary: Polgár logistics center starts first unit

As part of the first phase of a 38,000 sqm logistics center development project in the Polgár industrial park, the developers have put into operation the first warehouse of 6,000 sqm, announced CB Richard Ellis.

The complex is being rented by Kühne+Nagel Kft, whose parent company has a significant presence on the international market. The company has increased its warehouse capacity to 5 times as much as it was 3 years ago. The logistics centers are located in Polgár and in Körmend. In the Polgár industrial park, the developer is to construct a logistic base suitable for freight train carriers in the framework of a total of Ft 5 billion (€19.6 million, $26.8 million) investment.
