HTCC announces changes to board of directors
Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp. today announced that Kim Frimer has resigned as chairman of the board of directors of HTCC.
HTCC's board of directors has elected Carsten Dyrup Revsbech and Henrik Scheinemann to replace Frimer and Moeller on its board of directors. Revsbech, 37 years old, is vice-president and CFO of TDC Mobile International A/S, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TDC. He has been with TDC since 2000. Scheinemann, 41 years old, is vice-president of TDC Mobile International. He has been with TDC since 2004. Eriksen was elected as the chairman of the board of directors and Revsbech was elected as the vice-chairman of the board.
The board of directors has also elected Jesper Theill Eriksen to replace Peter Thomsen as a director on its board. Thomsen resigned from the board effective December 6. Eriksen, 38 years old, is currently the President of TDC Mobile International.
Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp. is the leading alternative telecommunications service provider in Hungary with a presence in other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
