Hörmann Hungária expects stagnating revenue in 2006
The Hungarian unit of Germany's Hörmann, a maker of garage doors and industrial doors, expects stagnating revenue in 2006 because of a slowdown on the home building market, but expects sales to pick up on the industrial and logistics market, Hörmann Hungária Kft managing director László Szujó said on Thursday.
Hörmann Hungária, which, by its own estimate, leads Hungary's market for garage doors and industrial doors, had revenue of Ft 4.5 billion in 2005, Szujó said. Garage doors account for 45% of its sales. Industrial doors generate 25% and 30% comes from parts and services. About 85% of sales are of Hörmann's own products. Hörmann has no production in Hungary.
