GVH fines ETER-1 on charges deleting documents during raid
Hungaryʼs Competition Office (GVH)fined engineering company ETER-1 on charges of deleting digital documentation during a raid, Hungarian news agency MTI reported, yesterday.
GVH previously fined ETER-1 for the same violation, but a court annulled the decision on appeal and ordered a new procedure. In the first procedure, ETER-1 was fined HUF 1.3 mln. The fine in the second procedure is "slightly smaller", GVH said.
