Graphisoft Park shareholders approve more than HUF 400 mln dividend

Shareholders of Graphisoft Park, a listed company that owns and operates a business park in the north of Budapest, approved on Tuesday a proposal to pay a HUF 406 million dividend, or nearly all of 2012 profit, resolutions from an annual general meeting show. The HUF 40-per-share dividend works out to €1.39 million, calculated with the exchange rate on December 31, 2012. After payment of the dividend, retained earnings will come to about €24,000. About HUF 19 million of the dividend, owed for treasury shares, will be put into profit reserves. Payment of the dividend will start on June 4. Last year, Graphisoft Park paid a HUF 35-per-share dividend on 2011 profits.
