Graphisoft chief sells some stakes

Graphisoft SE and its Chief Administrative Officer, Péter Hornung, announced that Hornung sold 15,000 shares at an average Ft 1,510.17 price on September 14, 2006. Raiffeisen Bank Ltd. managed the transaction. After this transaction Hornung owns 415,426 Graphisoft shares, which represent 5.05% voting right (influence) in the Company. Graphisoft is the leading developer of 3D computer-aided design (CAD) solutions for building design and management, the company is ranked today among the largest Architecture / Engineering / Construction CAD software companies in the world on personal computers.
