Gov’t envisions student loan-type credit for start-ups
The National Economy Ministry wants to offer start-ups credit similar to student loans, business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Tuesday, citing a document outlining the government's SME strategy for 2014-2020. The strategy also includes establishing the position of “lending ombudsman” to mediate between the government and banks in the interest of boosting SME credit. The ministry is accepting input from the public on the strategy until the end of May.
