Genesis Mining says presentation of Promissory Notes to issuer for payment has failed

The board of directors of asset-management company Genesis Mining announced on Friday that presentation of Promissory Notes to the issuer, Genesis Capital Management Ltd, for payment has failed.
The Promissory Notes, which were issued by Genesis Capital Management Ltd., the company's main debtor, as collateral for its debt were partially endorsed.
The company will initiate without delay the procedure for litigation and amicable settlements required to collect the debt and the Promissory notes.
Genesis Mining is a B-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
