Forrás parts with 5% stake in Bookline.hu
Holding company Forrás Nyrt has sold 4.98% of shares in bookseller Bookline.hu Nyrt on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT), reducing its stake in the company to 17.82%, Forrás announced on the website of the BÉT late on Thursday.
Forrás bought a 5% stake in Bookline.hu in 2005 and raised this to 22% through participating in a capital raise last December, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported in its Friday issue.
