Design for planned €120m Futureal development approved

Hungarian property developer Futureal wants to build a €120m shopping centre near Budapest’s Kelenfold railway station.
Plans for the development were approved on Thursday by the Hungarian authority that must vet plans for big developments.
Futureal also want to build a HUF 3bn passage between the station and the shopping centre.
Futureal already owns the land on which it wants to build the 40,000sqm shopping centre.
