Competition Office clears Veolia takeover of BWI
Hungaryʼs Competition Office (GVH) said today that it had approved Veolia Vodaʼs takeover of waterworks company Berlinwasser International (BWI), Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
With the acquisition, Veolia has gained sole, indirect management rights in Budapest sewerage company Fővárosi Csatornázási Művek.
