Community completes Tisza port and tourist center
The local council in the village of Nagykörű has completed a HUF 301 million Tisza river port and ecological-tourism center, village mayor Nándor Veres told MTI on Tuesday. Veres said that the local council had received HUF 193 million in support through the North Hungarian Great Plain Operative Program and HUF 32 million in other state funding for construction of the 46-boat port and 300-square-meter tourist center. The local council received a development loan to finance the remaining cost of the project.
