Commercial property developments total €365 mln in Budapest in H1

Office, industrial and commercial property developments worth a combined €365 million were carried out in Budapest in the first half of 2006, according to István Tóth, a market analyst for property company CB Richard Ellis (CBRE).
Tóth revealed the figure at a press conference on Wednesday to mark the inauguration of a nearly Ft 4 billion office building erected by Scandinavian construction company Kinnarps.
