C&W to represent Mammut mall in leasing, management
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to undertake property management and leasing services at the Mammut Shopping and Entertainment Center in Budapest, as of November 1, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal today.
The over 104,000 square-meter Mammut Shopping and Entertainment Center, comprising two phases, is the largest and most-sought after shopping center in Buda, C&W claims, with over 350 units and parking premises. The first phase, Mammut I, was delivered in 1998, while the second phase, Mammut II, was delivered in 2001.
“We offer a highly experienced retail team with local expertise and international experience, supported by a strong track record in shopping center and other retail leasing,” said Gergely Pados, Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Hungary. “We are looking forward to working closely with the on-site team in further strengthening Mammut’s position as the retail and leisure destination of the Buda side of the city,” he added.
Cushman & Wakefield Hungary’s property management team of 52 professionals altogether manage 820,739 sqm of retail, office and industrial space all across Hungary, providing integrated property management and leasing as well as high quality management services, said the press release. Besides property management, Cushman & Wakefield advises on business strategy, value optimizing, project management and various other tenant-related issues, the statement noted.
